I spoke with him by phone daily while the boat was in your yard. He was knowledgeable, pleasent, willing to explain anything I didn't understand, and cheerfully took on new projects that we decided to add. He sent photos of the work in progress, which was invaluable to us we were so far away. He spent time on his day off over the weekend to deliver the boat to Pearson Marine for an oil change, as we were on a right frame for delivering the boat to Santa Barbara. He really went above and beyond the call of duty for us."
